Today we are all gonna talk about weight. Are you happy with your size? Could you eat healthier? Do you want to be skinnier?
I don't want to be skinnier! I want to be HEALTHIER! And I am gonna get there by simply exercising and eating smaller healthier meals.
We all talk about weight, and if we don't talk about it we think it. And if you just said "I don't!" you just lied! It's not a bad thing to not like the way we look but if you want to change then prove it! Stop thinking, stop talking, do it. NOW! Not next week, not next month, now. Because you have now and now is all you need.
Don't put it off with; "it's summer" "but I'm still in school" "Quick microwave meals are easier for the kids" - That is not good enough! You should be eating healthier especially if you have kids.
Health eating is a privilege remember that!
